Applied Microbiome Statistics: Correlation, Association, Interaction and Composition

My contribution: I contributed to the book by supporting the authors in the chapters on network construction and comparison. Specifically, I provided insights into the latest features of my R package NetCoMi, including examples on how to code these features effectively. Additionally, I reviewed and edited the drafts of Chapters 14 (“Network Construction and Comparison for Microbiome Data”) and 15 (“Microbial Networks in Semi-Parametric Rank-Based Correlation and Partial Correlation Estimation”).
